The Child Who Will Remain Nameless...

I'm starting to doubt whether we'll ever choose a name for lil Schnegg (a proper name that is, we've obviously fairly well already established his nickname...) We've pretty much just had our name list which sits on the coffee table and that's it. Neither one of us spend too much time thinking about it - it just lays there, mocking us.

We made another run at it last night and did at least manage to further whittle the list down. There're only 6 left on the list at the moment. But we may be re-opening the name-finding process.

I told G last night that I hadn't expected it to be this difficult. I guess I'd pretty much figured that at some point there'd be a lightning bolt from the sky which would zap us both as we screamed, "that's it! That's the perfect name!" in simultaneous harmony. I'm beginning to suspect that this will not be the case...we may just have to settle for a name that we (meaning I) like the most - even if it's not the PERFECT name...However, G decided that he would use the next week to once again search for that elusive name perfection. We'll see, maybe he'll find my lightning bolt after all.
