Got myself fitted out in the latest high fashion today...I'm now sporting my new sexy support stockings.
They're certainly not as horrible as their full-leg cousins (which I ripped off after about an hour) but after 9 hours they're starting to get annoying, too. Should look really impressive with my shorts when it comes time to go back to work. ;)I'm not strictly adhering to the "non-working" spirit o' things since I'm in a relatively critical phase of my project (especially since it's all of about 3-4 weeks before I go on maternity leave for 5 months) but I've set myself up on the couch with my computer and cell phone and it seems to be working so far. I've basically just interpreted the doctors orders to mean that I'm working from home for a week. My boss did tell me if he gets too many e-mails from me that he's gonna come to my house and take my computer - so I'm trying to limit it to the most essential...
5 months of maternity leave! Wow, I need to move with the next baby! I saw your house, you have room for us....
