Dylan and I got in a little playtime before breakfast yesterday. He's smiling a bit more every day. Amazing the lengths I'll go to just to see those gums.
I cut Dylan's fingernails for the first time tonight. We were champs, I'm so proud of the both of us!
And I had my first ladies' night last night. Had 3 American gals over for Mexican food and some wine. I drank nearly a whole bottle, it was excellent. (Really it was just excellent not having to check my consumption and think about it so much.) I'd forgotten how purple my teeth get, though - nasty.
We prepared for the wine by pumping extra so that I could skip a feeding or two while the alcohol made it back out of my system. I gave him a bottle at 4 in the morning and then pumped. Of course my left boob finally produced 4 oz the one time I had to throw it out...typical. Murphy's law dictates that my highest yield pumping to date is the one I have to chuck. Grrrr.
Word of advice.. please PLEASE TURN ON A LAMP SO THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE VIDEO!!!!
