Totally forgot to tell y'all about the best part of the appointment today. According to the OB, I've gained a whopping 800 grams (1.5 lbs) so far. (My scale at home tells me I've gained about 1.5 kilos or 3.3 lbs).
In any case, curiosity drove me to scroll back through my blog posts around this time with Dylan 'cuz I certainly remember having a big 'ole belly to write "momma's little man" on when we figured out the gender. So I was trolling down memory lane - gaping at the baby belly that was already displaying itself prominently when I finally came across a post with some hard numbers. At 18 weeks I'd already gained 18 lbs. HOLY SHIT!!!
Can I just tell you how absolutely righteous I feel right now??? (I already felt righteous because I'm measuring myself on my sister-in-law the beanpole who's also only gained 2 kilos so far...but this? This is just pure awesomeness. I think I deserve some candy, no?)
How about a small fruit basket.
